But yikes, the dirty bedding and smoke seeping through the windows were nice. And the over-bright, disco-style lights in the room? Big missed opportunity for ambiance!

Early check-in, late check-out. Efficient staff and great-sized and well-equipped rooms with balconny, minibar free of charge, modern-ish furniture.

I stayed for one night to attend a concert and had a challenging experience. Upon check-in, there was confusion with my reservation, leading to a delay of nearly two hours before receiving a room. The room itself was mostly clean and comfortable, although I encountered issues like a weak shower and the lack of a functioning fridge. Despite the hassle at the start, the staff's effort to resolve the mix-up and the convenience of the location near the venue were appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and fairly clean, location was quiet in the next suburb. Booked double room, had a good stay for a night. It was large and had great garden view.

Close to railway station with good service to Munich. Food and service excellent. Room comfortable. Would have liked tea and coffee in room.

The location of Dormero Hotel Muenchen-Kirchheim Messe impressed me. It's set in a quiet suburb, just a short distance from handy shops like a bakery and grocery stores. My room felt spacious and cozy, with a nice décor. Good heating made it comfortable. I really missed having a kettle for coffee or tea in the room. Unfortunately, my experience with room cleaning was disappointing. Despite asking for daily towel changes, the room wasn't serviced at all. I often had to request towels and toilet paper at reception, but there was a language barrier with staff was nice. Check-out was straightforward. Just drop the key in a box. If they can resolve the housekeeping issues, this hotel has the potential for a much better stay.

The location was very quiet, and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. The room felt somewhat empty, and the furniture could use a bit more warmth to enhance the ambiance.
